Why I‘m Non-Denominational
Monday Jun 28, 2021
Monday Jun 28, 2021
In this episode, Jeremy reads the most recent article from his website JeremyHoward.net. You can read along with the audio here: https://www.jeremyhoward.net/2021/06/why-im-non-denominational.html
The five reasons he gives for why he is (happily) non-denominational are:
1. It reflects New Testament instructions and examples.
2. It keeps the focus on the local church.
3. It preserves the conscience in cooperative efforts.
4. It allows for true accountability.
5. It encourages a right dependence.
